Make sure your employees know how to socialize before hiring them. Just got out of the drive thru and the guy couldnt even say a basic greeting and just stared at us. The guy with the orange hat as of today is clearly miserable and needs something to be cheered up, happiness was not shown in service. Give him a cookie or something to cheer him up.
Watch paying in cash, Money was not handed back as right amount not only once but when I went in to get correct amount was handed the wrong amount yet again. This is not the first time this has happened they did this a months ago to me as well. Today Miguel was very helpful and respectful with get the correct amount back.
The drive thru experience is flawless. Great weekday staff especially The girl taking orders. Lovely personality. Very helpful. She gave us extra mustard with a big smile.
