Denetra got us right. Best customer service I have seen in West Texas, let alone Abilene. Thoroughly impressed with the service of the crew but especially DENETRA!!
Lady taking our order was very rude, we waited for 15 minutes for our food, she added extra things on we did not ask for. It seems that one person may have ruined our experience, but it was still negative
This is becoming the only location i will go to Whataburger in Abilene. Food and service are awesome every time. Might take a little longer at lunch, but have patience. Food will be good.
