Just went through the drive through tonight and on the 19th. We ordered through the app about 10 mins before we got there and then proceeded to wait in line for an additional 15 mins to get our food…. I understand it’s late at night however when we get our food our fries are cold and not fresh at all. We turn around to go back through the drive through and the line hadn’t even moved. I just took my loss super disappointing..
Got Whataburger i always love it
I ordered breakfast and a number 1. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman because my number 1 was made incorrectly. They added onions and did not add the lettuce or cheese I requested on my sandwich. I told him I was 40 minutes away at work and could come back later to get the remake. He suggested I just reach out for a refund on the sandwich instead. I have yet to hear from Whataburger after making two requests that I be contacted in regards to the matter.
We had to wait in line for quite a while but the food was good. The fries were burnt.
