This Whataburger night shift SUCKS! Always take 25+ minutes just to get you to the window, mind you everytime I show up there’s always a car or 2 ahead of me nothing to crazy. Wonder how much time they waited before me?? Just frustrating. Also instead of letting you know they’ll be with you in a minute or few we sit in complete silence at the speaker every time for at least 3 minutes sometimes more. Food is great but they got to work on communicating better and timing.
Poor night management. Watched the window person leave their position 6 times to fix fountain drink issues. This was holding the drive through up and the inside service. 45 minutes at the window to get 2 meals. It's not the workers position to fix issues, that's why there are managers
Consistently good! I always get a large french fry, chicken gravy, and root beer. There are never any pictures because we don't have any leftovers.
Service VERY SLOW . Waited on drive through line Total of 40 minutes . Drinks girl didn’t know what drinks I ordered and didn’t know what Arnold Palmer was she looked at me ugly
