I go to this whataburger regularly, mostly because this specific location is easy to get in and out of for curbside. 8/10 times that I come here they NEVER put the sauce that I ask for in the bag. Never. I don’t understand how you can manage a restaurant and not make sure your employees are ACTUALLY doing their job. The food is great, don’t get me wrong, but it’s hard to mess up fast food. This location has messed up almost every order for my family over the last several months, I finally called the location tonight after an order was picked up, and they will not make it right. I continue to pay for food that we never receive.

Avoid this location at all expense go one exit up to Little Road and spend your money there!!!! Customer service is nonexistent!!! Management is a joke!!! Niena Lewis Is one of the rudest people I have ever ran across in my life in food service she needs to be terminated from her position.
