Absolutely Terrible service. I’ve waited 30min in lane B and here comes this worker taking all order in Lane A all the way to the last car then come up lane B. I’m sorry I now have to wait for all the order in A?? I sure did cause I was now stuck in the lanes. I saw 8 cars go by before anyone is B left. Never again will I return here. Close this place down or IMMEDIATELY CHANGE MANAGEMENT!!
They never give me ketchup I’m so mad the to go orders are half assed something is ALWAYS missing. Imma still eat here tho I love whataburger and its closest to my house 🤞 just wish ya’ll would give people what they pay for

Today we went to get Burgers, for us. out of what we wanted , so I got double cheeseburgers, cheese was cold, not melted, mu husband got a bigger burger, same thing, chew was cold, not melted . not worth the time. This must have been a bad day for them, We love this store for our business, TLL, Midland Tx 🦅
I’ve had issues with undercooked food. First we dined in and got raw and cold patties. Next I ordered through DoorDash and my bacon came raw. It was still stretchy and chewy! Be careful getting food here!! Cooks need to be trained better.
