I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with grilled onions and fancy ketchup, my fries where only half way filled and I didn't get any fancy ketchup on my sandwich

Ordered DoorDash, they didn't prepare my husband burger to order, leaving off the grilled onions and Monterey jack cheese. They also sent us watered down Diet Dr. Pepper instead of regular Dr. Pepper. The fries were old and ice cold, too. I don't know if is just the night shift or the lack of English speaking people these fast food chains hire. But seriously, attention to detail is lacking. Very disappointing. So it's not their fault that selecting "nearest Whataburger" when you're less than a mile from this location orders at the other 135th location miles away. But I do attribute this location to eating 15 minutes of my evening after I confirmed I had an online order with them in person, then waited in line, only for them to tell me they didn't have my order.

I came through the drive-thrus tonight, 01/27/25 , at around 9:45 pm. I got a Party Melt combo and a Sweet N' Spicy Burger combo. It was DELICIOUS! The food tasted so yummy; and it looked even better than the food in the photos of it on the drive-thrus menu. The food came out really fast too! I ordered, paid, and got my food in probably less than five minutes!
