I thought that Whataburger meant a wonderful burger but now Whataburger is horrible. I thought I was gonna take a bite into a juicy burger of delicious burger and it was horrendous. I never wanna eat Whataburger again and the service was trash. Thank you.
This place has some very serious issues. Pulled into the drive thru, direct to the menu screen and ordered. Roughly 5 vehicles in the drive thru. Followed by a 45 minute wait...to get the order wrong. Folks - it has been over 50 years since restaurants figured out an efficient drive thru. this franchise needs to be closed.
