Called because they forgot my fries for an order coming home at 1:30am and asked if they can remake it for another day. They repeated “remake it for another day?” As if it was a weird request and after I explained I shouldn’t have to go back at 2am because of something that’s their fault they just said okay here’s my name; come back at your earliest conscience and hung up. No apology or accountability for their mistake and the inconvenience it causes for me.
Order# 595348 So much liquid was draining from my burger made a puddle. They forgot an order of fries. The burger was so cold. The fries looked and tasted as if they were microwaved and not fried. The chicken strips were so dark like if they used really old overused oil that has not been changed out. I ordered a kids meal and got an adult size. This is the first time I was disappointed with my order, you guys have to remember a new burger fast food just opened down the road. Tried to upload pictures but I couldn't.

Placed an order on the app and when I got home I realized my order was missing some ingredients (bacon). Not the end of the world, by any means, but I called the store just to let management know. José made a note and told me to bring my receipt on a follow up visit and he would make it right. José recognized me when I came back in and hooked it up with top tier customer service! p.s. the bacon was perfect!
