I had a online order issue, and called the store, and spoke to a young man by the name of Mason. I give this young man 10 stars! Super polite and explained to me in detail my issues and made suggestions that would help my online order go smoothly in the future. I use to work for whataburger #34 for years. I understand the job is frustrating...but he kept it calm, and professional. Thank you Mason and giving me fresh hot fries!!
Delivery order was completely wrong and they wouldn't even send a replacement to make it right.
I went in the store to order a couple of kids meals. Several people came in and ordered after me and got their orders before me. I waited approximately 15 minutes and then they finally realized they didn’t give me my order after I went up and asked where my order was, they got the manager, and she refused to make it right I live close by this Whataburger I’ve never had a trouble with them until now they’ve made mistakes, but they always made those mistakes right until this manger… I had them refund my money… after making lam... read more
I love going to Whataburger I like this location. I like going here. I got great customer service great food. I’ll get my food pretty fast. I enjoy eating there. I love eating at Whataburger. It’s one of my favorite places to eat because I love the way they cooked their burgers.
