Terrible service, waited in drive thru for over an hour and still got my food messed up, had to wait another 20 min to get it fixed. Just a mess
This Whataburger never seems to know how to operate. Whether it’s moving with purpose or providing quality food. Order had flat soda, missing cheese, and took 15 minutes in the drive through to retrieve. Wonder if the company even looks at the performance, maybe due to it being a high traffic area sales make up for quality. Save your time and go to Castroville for better food and service.
