I’m giving this location a 5-star rating—honestly, I wish I could give more. My dad and I visited the Whataburger off I-35 and Creekview on Thursday, April 16th for a late dinner, and the experience was excellent. The restaurant was clean, the environment was welcoming, and the employees were especially kind. A team member named Bri took our order, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful. This may be a nice location but do yourself a favor and DO NOT stop here. Just go on down to the Bellmead location. The food was terrible, my fries were old, soggy and not salted. I ordered a regular Dr Pepper and they gave me diet, I went inside to get a new one and their Dr Pepper was out. I called to talk to the manager and tell her about my food, she hung up on me in the middle of me talking. She didn’t even offer a refund. Will NOT be returning to this location.
I took my husband there after his hospital visit we asked for some extra time to order. We were still deciding as I can't eat properly due to my gastaparesis and we couldn't see the full menu so we had to look it up on the Internet.
