We have eaten at this location twice. We live 2 hours away but have had soccer games in the Springs and have tried to stop by when in the area. Our first time was right when it opened and our experience was great! We went last weekend and I have to say we were highly disappointed. I am originally from Texas, so I know what Whataburger should be like from the food to the customer service and this time was just awful. We ordered 3 shakes, 1 Vanilla and 2 Chocolate.
