Whataburger never puts napkins or ketchup in the bag you have to ask every single time, and they don’t offer. Half the time I forget and have to park and go inside and ask for ketchup, and they go retrieve it from the ketchup safe and allow me to have a few. Tbh i’m done. Unless i’m drunk…which I rarely am these days. I’m not eating any more Whataburger. I’ll to to in-n-out or Portillos. Or McDonald’s, heck even Wendy’s blows whataburger out of the water. At least they give you napkins and ask if you want ketchup!!!
I’m not one to have a bad experience and immediately go write up reviews for places. I believe we all have bad days and one or two bad experiences shouldn’t define a business. We were super excited about this new Whataburger location and started going as soon as it opened! From the very first experience it has been disappointment after disappointment. Ordered a plain Whataburger got a salt burger. Unable to eat, dangerous amt of salt on patty. Please talk to your staff. Threw in trash, waste of time and money. Customers be aware.
To Whom It Should Absolutely Concern at Whataburger HQ: I’d love to say I’m surprised, but I just opened my order, and instead of the quality I expected, I got a sad brown paper bag of disappointment. First of all—fries. Are these fries or a side of broken dreams? Cold, limp, and lonely. And where’s the spicy ketchup? I specifically requested it.
