HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I got to this whataburger at 11pm last night and pulled up to the EMPTY drive through and the worker told me it would be one minute in the most rude tone. I patiently waited until 11:45 then finally drove off. There was not one single person inside or anyone even waiting for their food in the drive through. Placed a mobile order and the app said it would be ready at 11:13. I didn’t get it until an hour and 10 minutes later than that. When I asked to see a manager to get a refund so I could just leave, they refused to come out.
The time I went It was slow and noisy. The atmosphere was not that great

After seeing the line for the new in and out we thought we would save some time getting whattaburger. However it took us over 30 mins in the drive through. They park every car and bring your food out. The food was very sloppy made. Onions, mustard etc on the buns. We would recommend waiting in line for in and out next time.
