Disgusting
If you want something fast. DO NOT COME HERE. other than that. People are friendly and food is good. The 2 stars is for the wait time. 30 min+. And I ordered in advance 10 min in the app.
Abilene is currently experiencing blackouts because of storms which means folks without electricity are looking to find food elsewhere. This location was telling folks going through the drive through they needed to go inside to order because their drive thru system was not working. Yet those communications where being shared through the drive thru. I called and spoke to the manager and told her if your people can communicate with you through the drive thru why can't you take their order and process through your regular syste... read more
By far the worst Whataburger I've ever been to. Customer service is terrible. Every time I come here staff are rude and dismissive. Drive-thru takes forever to get through. Not uncommon to take close to 30 minutes to get through the line. I get the same meal every time. The price is never the same.
