Dear Whataburger in Hernando, MS I wish yall would make a chocolate shake that tastes like chocolate. It always tastes vanilla. A couple of pumps of chocolate syrup would do it. It’s the same each and every time I’ve ordered it. Asked for extra chocolate before and still. Maybe, just a suggestion. Shakes are expensive. If it’s not chocolate please call it vanilla. Food is good, but expect to wait they are the slowest FAST food place around. They were not even busy and I waited over 10 minutes on food only for half the food and one drink to be missing.
Today I went in with my friend who has dementia. A few minutes after getting our food the manager and the young lady who took our order walked over and presented me with a WhatABurger T-shirt that reads “GOODNESS 24/7”. She said they were watching how attentive I was to my friend and that I had “goodness in my heart”. It made my day. The managers name was Stephanie and her coworker is Jalisa. Both went above and beyond to make my day. Please thank them again for the excellent customer service and friendliness.
My daughter and I enjoy their food. It's hot and filling and reasonable.
