Need a lot of improvements. I had to reorder my food and after 15 minutes i had to ask the cashier where eas was my food.
I will NEVER try and try whataburger again. Today was my 1st time going. I did a mobile order, when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, I had to stand there waiting for over 15 minutes before someone asked if I had been helped. In this time frame many employees were ordering their food, going to the back and making their food before customers food was out.
