Went here once late at night, and it was honestly pretty packed. I had whataburger in texas like a decade ago and It was pretty good but nothing crazy but seems to have gotten worse after they expanded. I wasn't expecting anything crazy but the food was cold and not really worth it. I'm pretty sure the manager was the one who served me and she was extremely rude and seemed pissed off? Maybe she was just having a bad day cause of something personal but it was enough to put me off from ever going here again.
Cindy is awesome, amazing customer service. Had a problem with a previous order, and helped me get it fixed this time. Super funny lady and is definitely the person to be working night shift. 10/10 and the food is awesome
