Whataburger? More like Dryaburger! This place has so much potential if they actually made things fresh. They don't and they haven't in a long time. My burger had half the toppings I ordered and the meat was so old it was like eating cardboard. Get it together WATER BURGER.
Cold food. Horrible service. Rude employees. Lots of fast food joints to go to on that road. I'll avoid this place forever!
I visited this Whataburger location recently and was disappointed with the customer service I received. Chloe appeared visibly uninterested in assisting customers, and her demeanor came across as rude. She acted as though she did not want to take my order or be there at all, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I hope management can address this issue so future visits offer the level of service customers should expect.
