I saw online that Whataburger was giving away soccer balls for the World Cup, so I called ahead before making the drive. I spoke with Christian and asked if they had any soccer balls left. He told me they still had a few available, so I decided to head over. When I arrived, I placed my order, and Christian overheard me asking about the soccer balls. I ordered a Cobb salad and it came missing the chicken. It only had lettuce, egg, and bacon. The chicken is a main part of the salad, so it was disappointing to receive it incomplete. I expect a bit more attention to detail when preparing orders. Hope this can be improved going forward.
