Greatest fast food hamburger with infinite options
I was one of the first to do business at this location when they opened. I also contacted What A Burger at the first of 2024 requested that they open a location in New Iberia. I have been doing business with What A Burger for years while working in South Texas.and thought they were Best Burger out there. My wife and I were so disappointed in the Management and operation of the location that I told my wife I would not return until they get it together. I notice the parking lot was almost full. This location was opened in Feb 2025. We came in at shift change, and had Al wait on us. Very patient and friendly young man. We were excited to get 6 of the collector cups. Burgers were fresh, hot & delicious. Bathroom was clean & stocked with paper.
This Whataburger location in New Iberia seems to be under new managers. I usually wait a long time and am never greeted. The service has really improved to what it needs to be. Thanks a ton!
