Takes 2 minutes for them to speak to you on the intercom, and then makes you wait for a half hour before getting your food. Cashier doesn’t give a crap.

Very long wait times at night, if ordering on the mobile app, expect your food ice cold. Wait times can reach 30-40 minutes. At which point you’d wish you could ask for a refund and go elsewhere, but it’s too late when you’ve already paid on the app. It’s not always bad though, sometimes it’s only 10 minutes, but it’s never a consistent time frame, it’s always luck of the draw when you go. This was the best Whataburger ever it had been 7 years since I have had whataburger because I moved to Minnesota and they don’t have whataburger which should be changed lol but all the employees were absolutely terrific gave me all the spicy ketchup I could carry to take back home!
