My saled was not the best. The chicken was good but my lettuce look either old or frozen
While i was in the store, another customer came in with a return. The manager, I assume, came out and the first thing out of his mouth, very aggressively, was " this is what you ordered." Poor kid looked like he was about to cry trying to do what his parents asked, manager didnt let up. I dont know if the kid got tge refund or not, but it shouldnt have been that personal, or difficult. Don't know about the food, but after seeing that customer service, I wont.
As a Whataburger connoisseur I was excited to try this location when we passed through Lawrence! It didn't disappoint! Friendly, helpful staff! Great food!
