Had a lot of growing pains when first opened. However, on my most recent visits I can tell they have listened to customers reviews to really improve on service and quality food. I am guessing it’s under new management or management finally got their act together.
It wad good, but it was 75¢ Whataburgers today, so it was insane inside. The line was out the door. I can't fault them for that, but they weren't prepared. The way they handled the online orders was ridiculous.
Their food quality is staggeringly bad. They over cook everything. I couldn’t eat my onion rings. I just threw them in the trash. The Sweet and Spicy Bacon Double Cheeseburger was dry and flat, but I had gone through the drive through. I’m a teacher, so I don’t make enough money to throw it away at this location. Just go up the road a couple of miles. There’s one in the section with a different HEB on the left. They know how to meet Whataburger’s quality.
