Something was lacking in the burger this time.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and they gave me the wrong order. I called to let them know about the mistake and the informed me that they would replace the sandwich with the correct one. I let them know that I was on the way and would be there in less than 15min. When I arrived they had me wait for over 30min to receive my order (they were not busy at the time.) T.J. is the Lebron James of Whatburger employees. I could tell my patty melt was seasoned with love and joy. I felt a special connection with all employees. They made this place more than a restaurant, it is a home away from home. I cannot wait to come back one day and see T.J. continue to thrive in this postion.
