Whataburger has very good food. However they are extremely slow, and this is the 3rd time the location on 150 hwy messed up our order. I ordered on burger bun less and it came in a bun like normal, added bacon, but didn’t get the added bacon. Asked for 4 spicy ketchups only got one.
Will is the man! He was very polite and helpful but overall made our experience one of a kind! We will be back without a doubt!
This establishment has high staff turnover, with new employees starting every other week. Service is frequently rude, quality is consistently poor, and the staff do not appear to take their roles seriously
Excelente servicio, el personal habla Español muy poco pero me entendieron al momento de yo pedir mi orden, realmente era lo que pedí y la comida estaba muy rica y caliente, además el ambiente es muy agradable y tienen amplio parqueo... Quedé satisfecho y agradecido
