That employee Austin was incredible. He took my order with such grace and such care. He got everything right in my order and even prepared it himself for me. Austin not only handled my order with perfection, but he also put ketchup in with it. Austin is the best employee at Whataburger and he’s the goat.

The past 3 times being there they have messed up my order.
Order was a jr patty melt. Cost 4.34. I give them a 20.00. I have to wait for the guy at the window to get someone else to make change. Then I ask where’s my penny? The kid said as he turned and walked away we do t have Pennie’s and I said so you charge me more? He just smiled turned closed the window and walked away. Not funny and not right.
