Walked in and the host was on her phone, sat at the bar, and the owner/manager and bar tender was to worried about inventory...even after a customer told the bartender I sat down... I waited several minutes and was completely ignored by the staff... do not go here if you want good service. EDIT... It's not surprise a few weeks later this business is closed... the customer experience should be a restaurants number one priority... instead the owners want to be smart on Google Reviews... I ordered takeout today and wish I had stayed. The inside makes you feel like a smile on vacation, and the staff were super friendly. We got the food home and it was delicious. Fresh ingredients and tons of flavor.
Some of the BEST PHO I’ve ever had in NH!!!! A must visit this winter. Services is amazing
Pho is just okay. Very lacking in authentic flavors (broth was bland and beefy instead of rich and aromatic). Barely any broth compared to a mountain of noodles and way too much meat. Cabbage topping unnecessary and gross. Lacking herbs (wasn’t even Thai basil) and lime for topping. Another lame NH attempt at international cuisine. Won’t go back, as it’s also overpriced.
Was told we'd be seated, then staff changed their mind and decided not to. Pretty disappointing customer service.
