The meat was under cooked, discolored, and smelled rancid. It was not fit for human consumption. Absolutely vile.

We had this bbq at the bourbon and bbq event and it was the worst bbq we have ever had! Baked beans did not taste like baked beans, pork with supposedly hot sauce was not spicy in any way. Everything was horrible. We threw it all out.

A weekend or so back, I attended the Purcellville Music & Arts Festival, which was held in the Fireman's Field park, if memory serves correct. At that time, only parking was at Emerick Elementary School, but there's also closer parking at the community center lot. I actually opted to park in a residential neighborhood, as the street was closer to the event. Well, good thing is dogs are allowed. Ordered food for an office luncheon. Pork belly bites were delicious, smoked pork and smoked chicken were pretty good but the sides missed the spot unfortunately. Beans were ok, coleslaw was on the salty side and the Mac and cheese was dry and tasteless. I hope it was just an off day. Hopefully they improve on their sides.
