Horrible customer service!!! I called prior to arriving since I live 60 miles away. I needed an overhaul kit for an RE0F10A and they told me it was in stock so I made the trip. When I arrived, I talked to a white guy at the counter and asked him for the overhaul kit for transmission. First words out his mouth "RE0F10A doesn't exist, there is no such transmission." Anyone that rebuilds transmissions knows this is a very common cvt transmission. After looking it up on the computer realized that he was wrong. Didn't apologize, ... read more
