Great price and quality compared to other options. Fabric swatches were very useful to check stain resistance/texture, and materials were all very high quality (2.5lb density foam, sinuous spring suspension) compared to alternatives (C&B, R&B who mainly use flexorator suspensions for softer models (instead of properly tuning sinuous spring tension) and at most 2.2lb density foam). Pretty quick turn around as well, easy delivery with no hassle
We had a wonderful experience with What A Room from initial interest through to delivery. We visited in-person and the team there was so helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us make selections. We didn't feel rushed or pressured with the decisions either. And we're loving our couch so far! We went with the Trillium cushion type and it feels like a down couch, perfect for our TV room and that cozy "sink in" feeling. Fabric is the Nile Beach if helpful for anyone interested.
So happy we found this place as we’ve been searching for a new couch for years. We have specific size requirements due to the room size and also really wanted to keep a chaise lounge without loosing any sitting room. We were able to make a couch that fits us! After spending almost 1 year researching sectional sofas from many companies. I couldn’t pull the trigger on online only from DreamSofa. DreamSofa had many of the same quality characteristics as What A Room. Just purchased the Lexi fully customized sectional sofa from What A Room. Great customer experience. What a pleasantly surprising experience! Duy at What-A-Room was awesome to work with. He spent time to explain the pros and cons of each model, answered all our questions, provided multiple quotes, and after all that, there was no pressure from him to buy. Absolutely great service. The couch itself feels solid, is made of nice materials, and seems to be made well overall. We have two boys who will put it to the true test and time will tell. Many thanks to What-A-Room!
