We ordered a customized Daphne Deep Chaise Sofa with white glove delivery service. The delivery company, Metropolitan Delivery Warehouse, dropped the ball and canceled our scheduled delivery last minute after reassuring us multiple times they were on their way. We wasted an entire day waiting for a sofa that never arrived. Thankfully, Gordon from What A Room stepped in right away. I have had this sofa for a few years and finally found time to write a review. I first came here through a friend’s recommendation and was amazed by the customization service. You can show them the style you want, even from high end brands, and they will make a sofa almost identical at a much more affordable price. After three to four years of use, my sofa is still in great condition. Highly recommend.
I'm very happy with the sofas that I ordered from WhatARoom. I was interested in a somewhat lower, sleek, and modern design compared to what I was finding in my local showrooms. The Davis design at 33 inches tall is exactly what I wanted. The build quality and craftsmanship are fantastic.
