We love our What a Room couch. We'd looked at a lot of furniture stores without finding exactly what we wanted. The guys there helped us pick the perfect couch for us. It has the right seat depth and height for us. We have a large room and were looking for the right size. We gave them measurements of our room and they drew a sketch and helped us pick the right size and helped us place it perfectly for watching TV and entertaining. There was a wide range of fabric choices. We couldn't be happier.
Wifey and I were looking for a couch for our first place together and what a room had exactly what we were looking for! We were able to pick the exact dimensions, cushions, fabric and even the style of legs for our piece. We ordered a customized Daphne Deep Chaise Sofa with white glove delivery service. The delivery company, Metropolitan Delivery Warehouse, dropped the ball and canceled our scheduled delivery last minute after reassuring us multiple times they were on their way. We wasted an entire day waiting for a sofa that never arrived. Thankfully, Gordon from What A Room stepped in right away.
