We love our What a Room couch. We'd looked at a lot of furniture stores without finding exactly what we wanted. The guys there helped us pick the perfect couch for us. It has the right seat depth and height for us. We have a large room and were looking for the right size. We gave them measurements of our room and they drew a sketch and helped us pick the right size and helped us place it perfectly for watching TV and entertaining. There was a wide range of fabric choices. We couldn't be happier.

I have had this sofa for a few years and finally found time to write a review. I first came here through a friend’s recommendation and was amazed by the customization service. You can show them the style you want, even from high end brands, and they will make a sofa almost identical at a much more affordable price. After three to four years of use, my sofa is still in great condition. Highly recommend.

We ordered a customized Daphne Deep Chaise Sofa with white glove delivery service. The delivery company, Metropolitan Delivery Warehouse, dropped the ball and canceled our scheduled delivery last minute after reassuring us multiple times they were on their way. We wasted an entire day waiting for a sofa that never arrived. Thankfully, Gordon from What A Room stepped in right away.
