So happy we found this place as we’ve been searching for a new couch for years. We have specific size requirements due to the room size and also really wanted to keep a chaise lounge without loosing any sitting room. We were able to make a couch that fits us! Great price and quality compared to other options. Fabric swatches were very useful to check stain resistance/texture, and materials were all very high quality (2.5lb density foam, sinuous spring suspension) compared to alternatives (C&B, R&B who mainly use flexorator suspensions for softer models (instead of properly tuning sinuous spring tension) and at most 2.2lb density foam). Pretty quick turn around as well, easy delivery with no hassle
We had a wonderful experience with What A Room from initial interest through to delivery. We visited in-person and the team there was so helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us make selections. We didn't feel rushed or pressured with the decisions either. And we're loving our couch so far! We went with the Trillium cushion type and it feels like a down couch, perfect for our TV room and that cozy "sink in" feeling. Fabric is the Nile Beach if helpful for anyone interested.
After spending almost 1 year researching sectional sofas from many companies. I couldn’t pull the trigger on online only from DreamSofa. DreamSofa had many of the same quality characteristics as What A Room. Just purchased the Lexi fully customized sectional sofa from What A Room. Great customer experience. East coast worry no more! I fretted and fretted about buying a custom couch without sitting on it. I was stuck between buying a custom couch 3x the cost and an Aurhaus couch which was great and reasonable but not exactly the right size ,shape or color. I read review after review on Whataroom couches, ordered at least 12 different swatches before buying.
