Don't visit often, but every time I come over the whole ordering process is a sluggish, disorganized mess. It makes 0 sense why they are so chaotic.
The food is fresh and delicious, the service is hit or miss. The men who make the bagels are super helpful and always looking for something to do to help and tho the front staff has always been friendly, service is a mess when the owner is not there (I believe its the owner?) Bagels may be good but the staff are RUDE. Very disorganized. First time here, stood in line and then was told I had to bring my own bagel. Back to the end of the line. 20 minutes to get a bagel. Ridiculous The women who made my bagel yelled at me as she was annoyed because she can’t hear and didn’t wait for a response from me. I replied to her THREE times . Really. Poor service. And you lost my lost my business on the first visit
I usually visit their Thornhill location which staff very helpful and always there to help you. Even though this location is much larger with a bigger variety of baked goods, staff are not willing to help at all. There are lots of people working but after picking up your bagel and come to the counter, no one bothered to ask can I help you and they keep chatting with each other.
