Ordered a sandwich here around lunchtime, with a slice of cheese. $12. They charge a dollar for cheese. Got around to adding the toppings and they didnt add the cheese. Staff told me they didnt know I asked (i asked 3 times) and then said it's ok we'll just give it to you. I appreciated this. Then the same staff member repeatedly asked me to wait in line again and pay the dollar for the free slice of cheese they offered me as a gratuity.
