Went to my appointment on time and they canceled on me because they didn’t give me my paperwork to fill out and never told me that I was going to have to fill out new paperwork. They were unable to initially send it to me electronically while at the office and failed to inform me that we had a time limit to fill it out. They finally sent me the paperwork and then while I was filling it out, told me that it took too long. My 15 minutes were up. I didn’t even know I had 15 minutes to receive it via email and fill it out.

they prescribed wrong birth control pills (a nurse practitioner) I am Dr Julian M Majidian a trained molecular Genetics research Scientist I know a lot more than a NURSE so I got angry at her now after 2.5 years they refuse to make appointment for my wife cuz I got angry on their stupid mistake ... WHSAN is a failure .GOTOHELL

The woman on the phone treated me like I was an idiot because I asked a simple question, because her phrasing had been unclear. She was careless, rude and disrespectful and then had the nerve to say “okay! Have a good day!” Gross. Plus the fact that this clinic is only open one day a week is ridiculous. They make you wait forever to get to your appointment.
