I have been coming here for my women's health and prenatal healthcare for 7 years and have never had a negative experience. My provider is Charlene Hanna Manfull Midwife (CPM) and she delivered my first baby and will be delivering my 2nd baby this summer. I also see her for my annual women's health checkups and when other concerns have occurred, and she is always super responsive and thorough. If you have tricare stay away! They’ll find a way to make you pay out of pocket even if you’re 100% covered, and no one cares about you or your baby here. Unprofessional, rude, and obviously have no idea how to bill insurance correctly. Military people stay away!
They do not care about your health here, when I go for check ups its basically in and out. If there is anything abnormal it’s a nightmare to get a hold of someone on the phone. I’ve been waiting for a referral for over two weeks to finally get a hold of someone on the phone to tell me that they don’t have any records of referrals. The rep on the phone needs to contact the referral dept and apparently there no direct line to get in contact with someone. worst experience ever horrible service. have been waiting 3 hours to even be seen staff is rude and doesn't care about the patients sit up & gossip all day would recommend avoiding office.
The front desk staff are truly incompetent. One of them told me to Google the condition I have, then provided me with incomplete/inaccurate information regarding a specialist I am to see. Edit: Attempted to have my records transferred to another practice. This process took an entire month. The new practice requested (via fax) my records 5+ times, and made several phone calls.
