Ladies, save your time. If you are looking for a new OBGYN, this place is not it. If you are considering this place because this is close to your home, think again. This place simply do not care about patients, including front desk, medical assistant, and doctors (Dr. Watson). Their energy and vibe are huge red flag and if you wanna experience that yourself... do it. But u will for sure agree to my comment down the road.
I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter, who is away at college and will only be home during Thanksgiving week. I explained that we have very limited time and was told she would need an initial consultation before any treatment could be scheduled. Understanding that requirement, I asked if I could schedule two appointments in advance, one for the consultation and another for the following day, to accommodate her limited availability. Staff were so nice and professional. Absolutely loved the provider I saw today. Listened to my concerns. Definitely will be coming here for now on.
The assistant who weighed me in, took my blood pressure and put me into the room, made an uncalled comment. I told her what was happening that it was very uncomfortable and that I have been dealing with it since Saturday, and I was finally able to get an appointment to see the doctor on Tuesday, the day I was there. She asked me why I didn’t go to the urgent care, I replied to her that I didn’t know there was an urgent care. Her reply back to me was, “ I think you just wanted to suffer”. Dr. Watson is a great doctor. I’ve been seeing him for 25 years and have referred many people to him over the years. Unfortunately, the front-office staff are very inefficient when it comes to managing appointments and patient wait times. Even if you arrive early, they may call in patients who arrived much later than you. It often feels like there is no control or organization over the appointment schedule.
