This place ruined my life. They misdiagnosed me, forced me on birth control when it was endometriosis, and then I lost my ovaries due to their neglegence. Long waits for any help, pills that don't work, the doctors from any WHASN not giving you good advice on how to avoid things getting worse other than "take these pills (that don't work)" and somehow not having the good amount of training to fix cysts. Katie Hoyt-Craft has been my midwife from the beginning of my pregnancy to the delivery of my baby. Katie knows what she is doing and this is very reassuring. Through my pregnancy, she listened to all of my concerns without brushing it off, and found solutions or provided education. Communication was very effective, either during my appointments or by messages through the patient portal. I have been coming here for my women's health and prenatal healthcare for 7 years and have never had a negative experience. My provider is Charlene Hanna Manfull Midwife (CPM) and she delivered my first baby and will be delivering my 2nd baby this summer. I also see her for my annual women's health checkups and when other concerns have occurred, and she is always super responsive and thorough. If you have tricare stay away! They’ll find a way to make you pay out of pocket even if you’re 100% covered, and no one cares about you or your baby here. Unprofessional, rude, and obviously have no idea how to bill insurance correctly. Military people stay away!
They do not care about your health here, when I go for check ups its basically in and out. If there is anything abnormal it’s a nightmare to get a hold of someone on the phone. I’ve been waiting for a referral for over two weeks to finally get a hold of someone on the phone to tell me that they don’t have any records of referrals. The rep on the phone needs to contact the referral dept and apparently there no direct line to get in contact with someone.
