Spring Valley location trying to see Dr. Haslett. If I could rate them lower. I would terrible terrible terrible service. Cancelled my appointment after I drove across town because they think they texted me which they didn't they showed that I read and confirmed my appointment when I showed them proof on the phone they just said they can't see me and I had to reschedule didn't apologize or anything. Also supervisor was "too busy" to talk to me

As a first time soon to be mom, my experience starting maternity care here has been underwhelming to say the least. I’m a veteran, and everything has been taken care of through my insurance. My insurance sent over a referral, I never received a call to schedule my appointment. I came here a year ago as a walk in for heavy bleeding for 2 weeks, initially Hannah Charlene wanted to put me on birth control pills instead of getting to the root of the problem. She wanted to run unnecessary testing that I did not need, because I got those tests already. She only checked me down there but didn’t do any Pap smear or any type of ultrasound, this place is a urgent care but they did not treat my health problems like they were urgent. In my experience, the wait times are consistently over 30 minutes, only to spend about two minutes with the provider. My provider always seems in a rush.

I felt extremely disappointed with the care I received at this facility. I came in because I was urinating blood and was understandably scared. I mentioned that based on my symptoms, it could possibly be a UTI but i was unsure. I was tested and initially told that everything came back normal, except for the presence of blood. Three days later, I was then informed that I actually did have a UTI.
