Dr. Watson is a great doctor. I’ve been seeing him for 25 years and have referred many people to him over the years. Unfortunately, the front-office staff are very inefficient when it comes to managing appointments and patient wait times. Even if you arrive early, they may call in patients who arrived much later than you. It often feels like there is no control or organization over the appointment schedule. The experience I’ve had with WHASN Aliante and Katie Hoyt Craft has been the best medical care i’ve ever received. I’ve had terrible experiences with medical professionals in the past and was going into this extremely apprehensive. My OB and every single ultrasound tech and phlebotomist have been nothing but kind, helpful, and supportive throughout this whole process. Thank you WHASN Aliante for actually caring about woman’s health and the health of their babies!

I Always receive great patient care here for many years I’ve been coming to this location…I’ve seen Christopher Moore until he relocated…Charlene is friendly always smiling, makes me feel comfortable and at ease, professional and provides information about my health going forward. Due to my age, I may not need to be seen here for pap and mammography referrals, so I will miss coming to this place for appointments. The staff are also always professional and friendly. Continue the great patient care!
