If I could give zero starts I would.Tanisha Birk was supposed to take my appointment from 1:30. She never showed up. Very unprofessional. People work and book time off to meet with their doctor.
Can only give this place a 1. Very disorganized, not focussed on customer, sending wrong links for zoom sessions, inability to reach someone quickly, and the doctor only wants to spend 5 minutes or less with you. How is it that such a place can exist. I'm pretty sure it fails most of its patients, unless you want to provide statistics on your successes. I doubt very much there are many!
This place is horrible. Dr Seth-Sharma is useless. She showed up late every appointment. I’m on camera and she doesn’t have the decency to put herself on camera as well. In my first appointment she was pushing bariatric surgery. She never listened to me and didn’t want to know anything about what was going on in my body. And when I was able to tell her what was going on, she didn’t care, wrote no notes and never remembered what I had told her! After 4 months on Ozempic, I gained weight rather than losing it. Dr Anila Seth-Sharma is very rushed and barely answers questions, keeps trying to wrap up the call after making you wait for 30 minutes. But wants to finish in two minutes. Every appointment with her is like this. She does not want to give you more than two minutes. You ask her general questions about Nutrition, she will say I am not a nutritionist and refuse to answer. Doctors are pushy, arrogant, and wants to go one way only...his. Won't listen, insists you are lying when you repeat what's said to you. You want to try the nutritionist route..."you're going on the shots". Start the shots. "You need the surgery." I did far better on my own then I ever did with this these people
