Sam and team did a fantastic job of designing and producing the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee. He was patient with my (many) questions, and I was delighted with the look and quality of the final product! Looking forward to coming back for our wedding rings in future.
Out of many I wrote to Wharton Goldsmith was the only jeweller to reply to my email in which I was enquiring about a strap for an expensive designer watch which is now no longer made. Monika went over and above to find this for me (without her my watch could no longer be worn) and I was thrilled when she located one. Thank you for restoring my faith in excellent customer service.
Despite coming in at 2PM were able to resize an engagement ring on the same day before 5pm so that we could have it fit before we flew off to Australia the next day. Excellent customer service and so friendly, kind and helpful. A massive thank you to all in the shop, you made our day, week and holiday!
