They never showed up and never called to cancel when I called them they said they don't work on dishwashers

Horrible. First of all they advertise themselves as Wharton NJ Appliance. 2 guys came from NY. In an unmarked car. They brought their tools in in garbage bags and a disgusting box that had bugs coming out of it. I wanted to send them away but thought I would give them a chance. My husband was working from home and could not help me. Anyways, a $75 charge up front (before they even came out) should have been the first sign of things to come.
