Super helpful and courteous
For THREE days I have been calling non stop about something I have ordered and would like a status and no one picks up...ridiculous!
It pains me to give a poor review - but honestly the last dozen times I've been in here to get common items - they've been out of stock of half or more of what I was looking for. Each time I ended up leaving and going to Lowe's or Home Depot down the road. The store has the feeling of a place going out of business. I say it pains me because honestly for a box of screws, a paintbrush, some sandpaper whatever - it's so much easier to pop in here, get what I need and be on my way home versus dealing will all the traffic at the ... read more
I’ve tried shopping here 4-5 times in the past two weeks. Every time I arrive at the store it’s closed. I have yet to go inside because this store is constantly closed at any random hour or day of the week I decide to swing by.
