Superb services.
My car looked great under the dim lighting in carpark. But in the day light, my car was covered in residue. Remnants of the tyre dressing were on my bodywork and my alloys were filthy. I didn't expect a lot from a gold package, but I didn't expect to have to wash my car again. Its a shame as I've used this branch before and it was good, and the staff are always really friendly. Maybe someone was under pressure, but unfortunately it's enough to put me off coming back.
Colin displayed excellent knowledge by diagnosing water residue on my car from my incorrect previous washing. Very thankfully, Colin himself and his team were able to get the unsightly residue out by using a top quality polish. Colin also gave excellent advice on removing sticker residue on another car - top marks for expertise, efficiency and friendliness. I looked around in London for a better car service and I came across wharfside car services who did service on my car, and I was honestly given a very brilliant service plus a free wash both in the inside and outside plus machine Polish. Thanks so much for your constomer service
I took my car for mechanical service and they did a perfect job plus they cleaned it for me and I was so happy with that 🤍 thank you
