We have not had the best experience when it comes to pre-sales information and vendor recommendations and expertise from WCA techs. I really wanted to increase our business with WCA as their pricing was competitive, but we get a bit of the "buy it or not" type feedback sometimes and we have been looking elsewhere for vendor comparisons usually as a result (not a good sign though).
