Had an experience with the dealership I wasn’t happy with. However the manager Zermin was fast to contact me and resolve any issues to keep a great relationship. This is the professionalism people look for and now am super happy with not only how he operated as a leader for the dealership but also how he cares about the customer base and family’s that come through their door.
