Just completed a land transaction with Whaling City Home Solution. I must say it is the most satisfying and professional experience on line for me to date. I was promised closing in 45 days. I was closed ahead of schedule. On day one I was sent a contract which I signed and returned on line. Within 2 weeks I heard from the title company.
