Got an oil change, ask for the tires not to be rotated and they were as I just put them on a few days prior and they told me my truck was in great shape and now I have a coolant leak the next morning. Normally I go to another dealer I will be going back to my normal dealer
Went in for an oil change but getting back into my truck I could tell something was missing. My phone charger plugged into the from UBS port was stolen and is no where to be found in my vehicle. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I can understand is the Mechanic needed access to the port but he could have easily unplugged the cord and left it on the seat. Recall on window shield and sunroof replaced. I’ve been scheduled every month except March for replacement but every time I am scheduled there has been no available loaner. I will be out of town from April 15 to 22 so I wouldn’t need a loner. Can I get it done during that week? I would have to drop it off on the 14th and pick it up on the 23rd. It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone besides a salesman at this establishment. It didn’t used to be that way. I have been waiting for a part for the drivers door since May 2021... read more
