Five hours after bringing my car in for service with an appointment, they tell me its three days to fix it. No loaners available so we are without a car for three days. I told them to give me my car back and they told me the next appointment to have it fixed would be in a month. If they kept it it would be fixed in three days, if I take it its a month. I was born at night but not last night! What ever happened to customer service, I will never go back there and will never buy another vehicle from this place again.
I just bought the truck three weeks ago. A piece need to be replaced they ordered the part. I brought the truck in and the service rep at the desk “you have to wait” no a greeting or asked me why I was there. Another rep came over took my information then told me I needed to wait for the service manager. I talked to the service manager.
