Terrible experience overall. From Sale`s to fulfillment. Zero Stars! But posting 3 starts so it`s not at the bottom. I work for another HVAC provider and I highly recommend avoiding this company if at all possible. 1) Shipped the wrong unit. 2) Carrier compressor failed within 1 month. 3) Warranty process is awful, slow and they make the customer pay upfront for the warranty parts. Then drag their feet. 4) Spoke to Dawn "in management" couldn't care less about my frustrating experience.

What an amazing experience we had with Whaley Products. The level of customer service and knowledge we received from every person we spoke to was beyond expectations.
