Horrible company! Multiple hidden charges for freight and material costs when they didn’t even use material to repair items! They refunded freight because they actually admitted it was a mistake over $1000 to check an oven and fix a fryer. I am working on getting a new company!!! I would give zero or negative stars if I could.
It was horrible they never stated that they was charging as soon as they answer the phone. I received bill for 700 dollars for a dishwasher that was working before the driver touched it and a quote later for 1400 for a valve. Please ask about full pricing before letting them in your business, and let them use your tools because they charge you to use their tools on the driver trucks.
As a former employee, I can tell you there’s a lot of shady things going down that customers would be very upset about if they knew…
Terrible service. They are rude and not helpful at all
The counter sales is a joke . For one you have to sit in the car and call . If your that scared of your customers you shouldn't be in business. Then the price difference between them and other companies are ridiculous. Then when he asked if I needed a receipt and I say yes I wait 15 minutes for a hand written receipt that just said price and my companies name . Not where it was purchased from or that it was paid
