Truck 398 out of their kodak location was driving in the left lane on September 11th down hwy 66 with a loose tarp throwing rocks and chipped my windshield. I contacted them that day, sent the dash cam info and waited to hear back. Almost a month later, they never contacted me and haven't done anything to make the situation right. Whaley’s had loose materials flying out of a vehicle because it was not properly secured and broke my friend’s windshield over a month ago. He has tried multiple times to get this resolved. Whaley’s is refusing to do anything to make this right. Jackie, refused to give him ANY information of who their insurance company is so he can speak to someone.
