Very clean office and bathroom. Nice and friendly staff. Quick diagnosis and recommendations.
Will never use again. Did more work with out our approval (which we had our normal guy that was going to do) charged me for extra parts that he ordered and he couldn't get to fit. Screamed at my husband on the phone and was down right nasty towards us. I have never paid as much as I paid him to do a caliber on just my front tire in my life...
Best place in town! I've taken my car to every shop but now I'll only take it to whaleys! They are very kind and prices are great. And if there's ever a problem after your service, they never have a problem taking a second look.

I was driving thru on my way to North Dakota from Florida and my car overheated due to a bad radiator leak and freezing weather conditions, I was stranded and they went out their way to help me and get me back on the road safely. A busy shop that couldn’t take me in recommended me and I was highly satisfied with the resolution, I had to stay over night and they gave me a ride to and back from a local hotel while they worked and fixed my car for a reasonable price without taking advantage of me and my situation.
