The best animal hospital in town I would never think of bringing my dogs anywhere else. The doctor there is so caring with each and every pet. He spends time with you and explains everything to you in a way you understand. His prices cannot be beat either. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone who has a pet.

Angels among us Dr. Swearingen and staff have been saving lives for me for decades. Helping the sick and suffering or gracefully ending terminal pet patients. I cannot tell you how many times they have come to my rescue. All my friends have been referred to them adamantly. I would never use any other doctor EVER unless specifically recommended by Whaley Animal Hospital. The facility is super efficient, friendly and clean. Most of all...Caring.
Whaley Animal Hospital is the best I love it, I have been going there for the last 20 years with different pets, now I live about 30 miles away, and I still go there don't trust anyone else
Not overpriced and abusive I took my cat there after being told elsewhere that they needed to keep her overnight and that they may need to put her to sleep in order to evaluate her injury. At Whaley's Animal Hospital she was brought in and looked at without any sleeping her and all she needed was some antibiotics for her wound.
Care about the animals The vet here is very kind and compassionate with the animals. He is also very honest and tries to avoid costly treatments if he thinks the end result will be the same. He has a great staff who genuinely enjoy seeing the animals and playing with them. His prices are affordable and I have found he tends not to avoid an office visit fee.
Consistently Excellent! I grew up near this animal hospital and its the only place where my entire family takes their pets. Even though I have moved out of the area, I still take my pets there. The staff is very friendly and understanding, and the dr. provides the utmost care.
Excellent care facility My son and I took in a stray kitten but she became ill so we took her to the Humane Society Clinic. They couldn' t /wouldn't treat her so they suggested we take her to Whaley's Animal Hospital. The vet there took great care of her and the staff was gentle and very concerned for our new baby. They even gave us the medicine and a "caring for your new kitten" package. I'd recommend them to any one.
