Pros: The view is spectacular, having private beach access is great. Cons: The walls are thin (you can hear everything..I do mean everything that happens in your neighbors homes), no washer/dryers in units. pipes clog up alot(poor drainage in shower)
Good quality for the price I love livivg at whalers village because I love the view of the water and the cenery
