Very rude would not use this company
Was abused by the lady in the office over my parcel not being delivered. When it states your parcel is on board for delivery today. I spoke to her at 11 am and she stated the parcel would 100 percent be dropped off. for her only to yell at me when I called back at 4.30 asking where it was. And received a very rude call. Because she was in the wrong saying it would be delivered when it wasn’t delivered. Unable to deliver simple package. Previously confirmed able to complete delivery, drop off the package and it was never sent. Little confidence during transaction item would be delivered.
