I don’t write Google reviews often, but I wanted to recognize the exceptional service provided by Aileen. Our original unit at Whalers Cove was unexpectedly canceled just a couple of weeks before our arrival, and Aileen helped us navigate a stressful and challenging situation with incredible patience and kindness. I must say that my wife and I absolutely loved everything about Whalers Cove Resort. The grounds as soon as you pull in are meticulously manicured, clean, and Incredibly inviting. We rented unit 117 and we could not have been happier. It was on the bottom floor on the ocean Steps From the pool and the barbecue area which we used several times during our stay. The unit was clean and freshly decorated the view was absolutely breathtaking
Just finished staying in unit 136 at Whaler’s Cove. Spectacular views, beautiful pool, great access to shopping and restaurants. The front desk, manager, grounds keepers and cleaning staff were all very responsive to our inquiries. Although this review may make this wonderful place harder to reserve, they deserve the accolades.
Stayed in unit #232 in November. I had previously booked Whalers Cove for a July trip through a "Premiere" rental agency. We loved the complex, but that unit was outdated, and the company was not responsive to issues. This time I booked directly with the resort. Marianne was incredibly helpful and responsive to all communication. We loved the unit, which was clean, modern and exactly as described.
