This man is a joke! He thinks he knows everything there is to know cause he practices law in MERCER PENNSYLVANIA!! He Showed up to a consult in a pair of jogging shorts and a t- shirt! Then proceeded to tell me how annoying the and tough the plaintiffs counsel is... when I brought up how I felt about the last time he “represented” me (if that’s what you want to call it) he got uncomfortable and upset and ended the meeting.. keeping the money he didn’t work for.. not a real shocker! They are always very helpful, respectful, and professional. Unlike my last attorney, they are very easy to contact. In addition, they tried their best to get me out of a very bad placement.
Just had no compassion about my brother after he died! They still charged him rent and late fees after they told the executrix that he was receiving a refund. Can Not trust... GO ELSE where... money hungry if they are desperate to steal from the DEAD... Poor Class act... simply poor.
Be wary of this attorney. Though he may talk nice to you, you may not be getting what you are paying for. Shop around and get the best attorney for your buck. Mr Whalen is not.
