My experience was great. The lady who waited on my was excellent and very friendly. She asked the correct questions and made those items readily available for me to view. She and I found the right gift and the package was wrapped and she gave me a big hug and thanked me for my service in the military.
Went to buy band for watch. I was helped with the young lady to get me what I needed. She was very nice. Glad to see the prices had been cheaper than the other store
We love this place. We had to go to them because my engagement ring, which was a family heirloom, broke. We called them and they had us come in to see their gold repair specialist. We sat there with him as he fixed it and did a spectacular job. More than fair in price and the work was exceptional. The entire staff was very nice to us during our wait. Great store! Ignore comment and rating by 'Becky.' The staff is helpful and kind and the prices are fair. My wife loves this store, it's like a candy shop for women.
