Bring your cooler! It's a family tradition for us to stop here on our way home from OBX vacations. They have a variety of fish and shellfish, all of it either fresh and local, or for non-local fish, kept whole on ice until filets are needed (owner cleans and filets on site). Owners are friendly and explain the origins of the everything they're selling.
The seafood is displayed as local and everything seems fresh. Store is very clean with helpful staff.
Came to Outer Banks couldn’t wait to order Blue Crabs. So disappointed that we didn’t look before we left. It was suppose to be 1/2 bushel of # 1’s and they looked more like 2’s, never again
